Demand for our Vanilla Whey has increased steadily over the past several months. At the same time, manufacturing timelines for whey protein across the industry have become longer and less predictable.

Because of this combination of higher demand and extended production lead times, we’ve made a temporary operational change.

One-time purchases and new subscriptions of Vanilla Whey are currently paused.

This allows us to ensure that customers who rely on Vanilla as part of their regular nutrition routine — subscription members — continue receiving their product without disruption while we wait for the next production run.

    Why this decision was made

Manufacturing a new batch of whey protein is not immediate. Current timelines for production are approximately 12 weeks, followed by third-party testing and certification, which typically adds another 1–2 weeks before the product can be released.

Given those timelines, continuing to sell one-time orders would risk interrupting deliveries for customers who already rely on regular shipments.

Rather than allow that to happen, we’ve chosen to pause one-time sales and prioritize consistency for existing subscribers.

    When Vanilla will return

We expect Vanilla Whey to return once the next batch has completed both manufacturing and third-party testing.

At present, the realistic timeline for this process is at least 13–14 weeks, and potentially longer depending on industry conditions. We will update this page when we have a confirmed availability window.

    Why subscriptions are prioritized

Many customers structure their nutrition around regular whey intake. Subscription members depend on consistent deliveries as part of their training and recovery routine.

When supply becomes constrained, prioritizing those customers allows us to maintain reliability rather than creating interruptions for everyone.

    What customers can do

If Vanilla is your preferred flavor, the most reliable way to avoid interruptions in the future is through a subscription. Subscription members receive priority fulfillment when inventory becomes constrained, which helps ensure their deliveries continue uninterrupted.

In the meantime, our Chocolate Whey Rx remains available while the next Vanilla batch is produced.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through an unusually tight whey supply environment and maintain the quality and testing standards we require for our products.
