Barbell Medicine X Lift For Life Shirt

Barbell Medicine is joining forces and supporting Lift for Life, a nonprofit changing the lives of inner-city youth with free weightlifting, nutrition and fitness programs every weekday after school. Lift for Life receives no city, state, or government funding and relies on support from communities like ours. Community support keeps Life for Life open and operating year-round. Lift for Life has produced 55 youth national Olympic weightlifting champions since 1999 – and there’s no end in sight!
