You now have the opportunity to get free feedback from one of our experienced Barbell Medicine Coaches!  

With our free online form checks, a Barbell Medicine Coach will provide your feedback on the movement video (lifting, rowing, etc.) that you submit.

Here’s how it works:

1. After you place your free order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your video and a brief questionnaire regarding your history, current training, and goals.
2. Our Barbell Medicine staff will review your submission.
3. One of our Barbell Medicine Coaches will contact you with your form check feedback as well as input on your upcoming training plans.
