We are excited to bring you the next evolution in Barbell Medicine’s online coaching!

With our online form checks, we are offering an incredibly affordable option for the trainee looking for some upfront, hands-on guidance, without the commitment associated with 1-on-1 coaching.

Here’s how it works:

1. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your lifting videos and a brief questionnaire regarding your history, current training and goals.
2. Our Barbell Medicine staff will review your submission.
3. One of our Barbell Medicine coaches will contact you with a review and concise plan that includes:
   • Feedback on your video submission(s)
   • Helpful Barbell Medicines resources
   • Programming suggestions (e.g., the most appropriate BBM Template, 1-on-1 Coaching plan, group programming)

Also included with the Form Check is a code good for 15% off any BBM Template, $20 off a  1-on-1 Coaching, or $20 off your 1st month of group programming.
