The Powerbuilding Series is designed for Trainees who want to focus on increasing muscular size while improving strength in The Big Three, e.g. the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Who’s it For?

These programs are designed for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  1. [Powerbuilding I] – Have some previous experience (>3 months) training with barbells. If you’re new to training that’s great! We recommend our Beginner Template for those who have not been training with barbells consistently. Don’t worry, this template will be waiting for you when you’re ready.
  2. [Powerbuilding II] – Aimed at the following individuals who have been training for ~8 months or more and who are looking to prioritize maximal strength and size.
  3. Trainees who want to improve strength in the Big Three, e.g. squat, bench press, and deadlift with an additional emphasis on muscular hypertrophy. In short, this series is a hybrid of bodybuilding and powerlifting, with a bit of compromise compared to the singular pursuit of either goal.
