By combining elements of both Powerlifting and Bodybuilding, this program is designed to improve strength in the Big Three (Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift) while also increasing muscle size.  Included is a 10-Week, 3x/wk training program using a Push-Pull-Legs Split.

This template is well-suited for folks who have been lifting weights for at least ~ 6 months and who want to prioritize maximal strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift while also growing some muscle.  Plus, we’ve got enough conditioning placed alongside the lifting to help with body composition and health.

As the name implies, the program uses a Push-Pull-Legs split, which should make for very efficient and productive workouts for those who can’t spend their whole day in the gym, but who still want great results.
