What are Barbell Medicine Supplements?

We offer two categories of supplements for those that choose to gain the benefits they provide. Whey protein supplementation is a convenient and reliable method of getting the amount of protein you need in your diet. We believe there’s a strong basis of evidence that most people would benefit from more protein in their diet.

There is also strong evidence to support the supplementation of creatine for individuals desiring to pursue greater performance and muscular hypertrophy. Our pre-workout product is creatine-based and formulated in both caffeine and non-caffeine versions.

What differentiates Barbell Medicine Supplements from others?

Keeping with the core priorities of Barbell Medicine and everything we do; our supplements are strictly formulated based on the latest scientific evidence. We transparently describe exactly what is in our products and provide 3rd party testing for your assurance & safety. The products are also in an easy-to-take form and priced at an exceptional value.

Why do you only offer two supplements?

We currently only provide whey protein and creatine-based pre-workout supplements because we believe they have the strongest evidence surrounding their beneficial and safe use for the widest portion of the general population. While it’s tempting to offer products that customers will buy regardless of real efficacy, that’s not what Barbell Medicine is about.

We are always reviewing the latest research for potential new products that fulfill our core requirements, as well as products that would be beneficial for certain narrower population segments. Please stay tuned in the future for releases of new products.
