Injury & Rehabilitation
General Fitness, Strength & Athletic Development
Do you have a new injury or pain that prevents you from training, leaves you unsure about what to do in the gym, or how to recover? Or have you had some long-standing ache and pain that you’ve been pushing through, maybe trying to ignore, but hoping it goes away? In either case, we’d highly suggest learning more about pain and injury, and to that end we offer consultations with our professionals: Derek Miles, PT, DPT, Cameron Clowser, DC, and Charlie Dickson, DPT.
They offer one-time consults, OR a combination of an initial consultation plus rehab-focused programming and follow up over time. As evidence-based experts in the field, they apply a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach to guide your path towards normal function and performance.
Consults are for adults aged 18+ only.
Group Programming
Options for novice lifters, power builders & powerlifters
Our group training option offers three groups:
Group 1: Early Intermediate
The Early Intermediate group is designed for folks just coming off of their Novice Linear Progression, The Bridge, or similar. The focus of this group will be continuing to develop strength, work capacity, and technique refinement for our newer trainees.
Group 2: Power Building
The Power Building group is aimed at intermediate to advanced trainees whose goals are fairly evenly split between strength and hypertrophy. This program has more “bodybuilding-type” training and conditioning to complement its good base of strength programming.
Group 3: Competitive Powerlifting
Like the title suggests, this group is designed for those who will be going to a powerlifting meet. Most of the training will revolve around developing absolute strength as it pertains to the competition lifts with less time dedicated to conditioning, bodybuilding, and nonspecific training.
