Shipping & Refund Policies

Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email once your order has been packed for shipment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We Ship using UPS and USPS.  Since COVID USPS reliability has declined and we have seen some USPS First Class packages take weeks for domestic delivery. All delivery dates presented at checkout are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed and do not include handling time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries via USPS. USPS International shipping at times experiences very long delays due to outgoing and incoming customs and some countries may take as much as 1-3 months for delivery via First Class international. Barbell Medicine is not responsible for the delays.

Your order may be subject to your country’s import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Barbell Medicine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes though we don’t recommend it.

Returns are only available for apparel, as noted in the terms here. There are no returns on supplements, templates, or coaching purchases.

Returns and Exchanges

We allow exchanges for a different size or equal-priced item and accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please send all returns or exchanges to the address below along with the included packing slip stating what you are exchanging for.

If thirty (30) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are non-returnable.
